The accents on the front are 3-D and the broom actually has a rubber like texture. It has a burgundy glaze and multicolor accents there are two very small black dots on the back trim and two small white dots on the top lid as seen in photos. There are large and small snowflakes painted on the jar, which is where the white dots originated from. The black spots most likely from the hat during the painting process. The lid has some staining underneath, which is not noticeable when the lid is in place. There are no chips ! OF Condition: Used.
