This is a motorized ornament — the included Ornamotion motor hangs from the tree branch and slowly rotates the entire piece when plugged in (standard mini-light style plug). Comes in the original red and white window box that shows the ornament and notes “Motor Included” and “Motor Turns Ornament.” Ornament and motor appear complete.
