This is a turquoise mini dress that I kind of wish was also a romper. It has cap sleeves, a deep V crossover neckline, a 3/4" wide elasticized empire waistband, and a very detailed embroidered design on the V neckline, back of the neck and around the hem. The 90's and 00's were my decades.  BCBG Max Azria was a top designer during that time period, so whenever I see it out in the "thrift wild", I buy it.  This is a turquoise mini dress that I kind of wish was also a romper.  It has cap sleeves, a deep V crossover neckline, a 3/4" wide elasticized empire waistband, and a very detailed embroidered design on the V neckline, back of the neck and around the hem.  Bust measures 34ish inches.  Un-stretched, empire waistband is 24", and it's 28" long in front.  In back, it's 29" long.  The marked size is small, and fabric content is 100% cotton, excluding the floral and square embroidered parts.  The color is a dark turquoise, even though it looks blue in some of the pictures.  Considering it's age, vintage BCBGMaxAzria cotton mini dress is in very good shape.
