It is a substantial mid-century set with strong visual presence and authentic Whiting & Davis construction perfect for collectors and vintage jewelry enthusiasts.                   E arrings: Coordinating smaller oval cabochon clip-on earrings that perfectly replicate the frame of the central pendant. Historical Finding Clasp: The earring clips are cleanly stamped with PAT 156452. This iconic, comfort-fit spring finding was originally patented on December 13, 1949, by Frederick W. Moulson for the prominent wholesale hardware manufacturer B.A. Ballou & Co., firmly dating this ensemble to the 1950s or early 1960s. Measurements & Weight Specifications: necklace is approx.18" with the medallion approx. 2.5" long x 2" wide.  The earrings are approx.1 1/8" long x 3/4" wide. The two earrings weigh in at 15.71 grams for the pair, and the medallion and chain are a hefty 91.81 grams total. Featuring an exceptional total combined set weight of 107.52 grams.
