This Vintage PRISTINE MCM LE Smith CRYSTAL BLUE Ribbed Footed Swung Vase stands at 21.25 inches tall, making it a striking piece of Mid-Century Modern Art Glass.   The stunning footed example combined with its ribbed verTical and free thrown open mouth design truly defines its beauty.   Superior condition with just one tiny flea bite on the bottom foot edge (see last picture) and a couple normal surface scratches also on the underside!  The body and mouth are excellent!   See all pictures.    Photo with Coca Cola can for reference shows the Taller Can, not the regular shorter size. This is a glassblowers hand-blown glass vase, with a glossy finish.  No 2 ever can be made alike.  Each one is an independent work of art in itself.   Produced during the 1960s, this original LE Smith vase is a stunning decorative item from the mid 20th century, showcasing the craftsmanship and style of that era. Specially packaged... and I mean specially!   I use a soft 3 inch foam pad on the bottom, plenty of bubble wrap around the vase... It is not placed in a tight carton next to an edge.... plenty of room around the vase with more foam and styrofoam sheets line the walls of the package.   No one packages like me! 21.25 Tall 6 at widest Weighs 4 Lbs 6 Oz Lbs unboxed Disclosure:  As is the case with hand blown glass, and serious collectors know this.... there may be random inherent surface or interior imperfections, such as swirls of color, straw marks, bubbles (inside or near the surface), microscopic cooling undulations etc. none of which should be considered damage.  As well, these types of issues are not a detriment to condition,  They in fact, authenticate the hand blown nature of the piece, and add character.  I inspect all my pieces and would note any discrepencies in my descriptions if they existed.  My listings are accurate. 1056/3 Condition: New other (see details).
