A 5.5x3.5" vintage RPPC photo postcard (NOT a modern reprint) from the estate of a vintage postcard collector. Photo Overview A snapshot-style real photo postcard from the early 20th century shows an unidentified man wearing a dark coat and wide-brimmed hat standing between two large dark mules or draft horses, posed in front of a wooden barn or fence structure. The animals face the camera directly, their large heads framing the man on either side in a charming and informal rural composition. The photograph itself is mounted at the center of the postcard stock, with wide margins of aged card surrounding it. This is a classic example of early American rural life and farm animal photography, the kind of personal snapshot that farmers proudly shared with family and friends via the postcard format.
