View 1970's Family Photos Pro Posed 8x10 Color = 3 Teens + 2 infants = Very Good with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. Uncertainty is the enemy. • VINTAGE Lot of Family Photos • 5 Pieces ♦ 8x10 Professional Posed ◄   •  ► DESCRIPTION: • Vintage Photos from around 1970 or 1980 - posed pro family pictures. • All are matte finish, with slight white border, no frame or Matting.  == INVENTORY == from the top row, then left to right 1) Older teen woman, blonde hair in a flip, blue blouse. Note the rouge, which could have been colorized after the photo was taken. Background is sepia tone. This may well have been a photo taken for a High School Yearbook. Photo has gold embossed logo lower right, "Loring" which very likely refers to the George M. Loring Studio in Hingham MA, which appears to now be out of business.  2) Young teen man, red shirt, short hair, gray background. This is also likely a school photo. Boy has a steady gaze and an earnest countenance. 3) A slightly younger girl with long hair, hazel eyes. This also seems to be a school photo. She has an oval facial shape and a steady innocent expression. 4) Infant (Black and White) with a stuffed dog toy. This baby is grinning widely with its eyes very widely opened. Embossed lightly in the lower right corner, "This Portrait by John & Countey"  5) Infant (Color) with red stitching in the collar. This color photo shows the infant with blue eyes. The background has some minor sepia-toned discoloration.  CONDITION:    Mostly VERY GOOD for 50+ year age of these photo! All photos show traces of old GLUE on the reverse side - these were glued to some other material now not present.  Details: #1: Photo proper is excellent. It has been cut (like cropping) with the side borders removed. Both sides show the residue of glue on the face side, all within about ¼" of the side edges. This photo is marked in pencil on the reverse, "20" / "Bn 45232" / "16" [this may be "1w].  #2: Photo shows 3 small pink spots near the upper border that are in the photo / or are damage to the photo. They are all far from the figure, so not of great importance. Similar glue shows on the border edges. #3: Photo is great, but does have the glue at the border edges. #4: Photo has an invisible crease at the bably's left arm (as viewed), and another more visible crease in the upper right corner, plus a faint one in the lower right corner. All of these are only minor concerns. Once again the edge glue is seen. Remember: there is an embossing lower right corner. This photo is marked "965" in pencil on the reverse. #5 This cute subject has the lowest rating for photo condition, not bad, but has more 'insults'. The sepia tone showing around the baby is the result of the back side glue penetrating the photo paper. The edge glue is also present. Note there is a pin-point ding at the baby's left cheek (as viewed), plus a 2" long pressure indent that passes across the baby's crown.
