Overall, this dress is in excellent, used condition. The tag says “Pooh 100 Acres Collection.” The snaps work perfectly. The tags says it is 100% cotton. So soft! The background flowers are yellow and white — the yellow is NOT a discoloration. I love this outfit because it can be worn with tights and a cardigan in the fall/winter, or with a light white undershirt in the spring/summer.
