She had a large collection with a variety of craft and collectable pieces.   This is a Ceramic Christmas Bell Chimer Ornament. It is a SNOWMAN with a black top hat, holding a broom.  It is approx. 3" tall and has a gold string for hanging.       CONDITION: Used in Very Good condition. However, the paint job is not perfect. It has some area where it appears the paint does not have a crisp line or smeared.
