(AWCO). They purchased glass "blanks" from premium manufacturers like Westmoreland and hand-painted them for high-end gift shops during the 1940s and 1950s This piece has very faded  pink roses and soft, brushed-green plumage details, also faded. Dimensions: Measures approximately 4.5" long and 3.5" tall. - There are no structural cracks, large chips, or repairs to the body of the hen or the nest basket base. ● Please note: There is a minor 1/8" slight chip along the inner lip of the lid where it rests against the base. This is  impact display or cover resting on nest  (See close-up photos for exact condition). The piece is unmarked on the bottom, which is correct for this production era.
