He appears fatigued! The production dates from about 1998 to 2002.   This is a Very Rare Tea Pot / Figurine. Size: 11½ inches tall 8 inches at the widest point of spot to handle 6 inches deep front to back 5 inches pedestal base diameter 6-cup capacity Teapot. Condition: Very good pre-owned condition No chips, cracks, or nicks After examination, the only flaw I noted is that the Jeweled Staff held by Santa appears repaired, but is not apparent without scrutiny.
