Spots on blade is not rust, just staining from storage. Blade is in good shape ,original factory bevel . Comes with black blade guard. Made from one piece solid forged blade. This chisel is popularly known as Blue Chip," Europe's most popular chisel. Handles is impact resistance ,made of Polypropylene, a material that resist deformation. Handle is also ergonomically shaped for comfort in long use. Handles can also be repeatedly struck by a mallet and occasionally by a hammer. See pictures for more details and condition.
