It is in really great condition but could have some very small flaws and/or manufacturers defects. The only thing I see is that his beard isn't quite filled level. It is on a black paper/cardboard backer card as shown. The back is gold metal . The pin pictured in my photos is like or similar to what you would receive. Thanks to Pinpics for the info below..
