I have never heard of one of the pendants being signed so I am sure it increases the value. Victorian Art Deco 1920 Czech Brass Glass Reverse Intaglio Pendant Angel Bubbles. 1890-1930.  Signed RS ( "R-S") in the mold of the glass under the angel.  Brass Glass and Blue Rhinestones. 1/20 12K Gold Filled 21 inch long dainty chain. Damage: There is a small chip in the back of the glass between the angel's leg and the pedestal.   The chip is visible with magnification.    Pendant 1.75 inches with bail 2.2 inches. Very Good Vintage Condition. Jester Putti Angel intaglio Signed RS which is probably the initials of the artist or less likely the manufacturer of the glass.  I have never heard of one of the pendants being signed so I am sure it increases the value.  It is probably worth doing some research.
