It was found along with many other patterns stored inside an old Edison phonograph that I purchased. It is a 'Simplicity Pattern' #1286, size 14, Bust 32. Description printed on the envelope as follows- "Misses' and Women's Two Piece Suit. The jacket fitted with dart tucks at front and back waistline, features a convertible collar and bishop sleeves. It has a front-button closing above waistline and is fastened at waistline with a hook and eye. The skirt is fashioned with an inverted pleat in front and a seam down the center back. Style I has a tie belt. In Style II, the contrasting jacket is trimmed with shaped pockets finished with an applied band. The belt fastens with a buckle." Condition of the envelopes is as pictured with edge wear from storage and the envelope tab has been torn off. The pattern pieces are not printed, but have punched dots to identify the letters of the pieces.
