The sleeves and skirt have an embroidered floral pattern (picture #9), while the bodice has shallow vertical pleating, the waistband shallow horizontal pleating. Thank you.   THIS BEAUTIFUL PRISTINE-WHITE SHORT-SLEEVE FIT-AND-FLARE DRESS BY JESSICA SIMPSON, SIZE XS, is pre-owned, an estate-sale purchase, but apparently unworn, with original tags attached (pictures #11 - 13), in near-perfect condition, free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. It consists of a close-fitting bodice with short angel-wing sleeves joined to a flaring knee-length skirt, with a 3-inch waistband between them. The skirt is well above the knee on my mannequin, Roxy, but she's 5'11". It will be closer to knee-length if you're not quite that tall. The sleeves and skirt have an embroidered floral pattern (picture #9), while the bodice has shallow vertical pleating, the waistband shallow horizontal pleating. The tag calls the color gardenia, but most people would just say white. The outer fabric is 100% viscose for the body, 100% cotton for the floral embroidery, and it's fully lined in semi-sheer white 100% polyester. Machine wash cold and line dry are suggested, or it can be dry cleaned. The stated size is XS, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 13.75"; waist 12.5"; hemline 39"; shoulder 14"; sleeve 4"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 32.5".   If you like the dress but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate.
