For your consideration is this darling smocked dress from Ginger Hares.  It is new with tags in a size 5.  It measures about 30.5" from shoulder to hem.  It does have a spot on the back that I do not know what it is but looks like some kind of grease spot.  It is only faintly visible and may come out once washed, but I will leave it up to buyer to treat and wash.  The way the dress hangs, the folds of the dress conceal the spot, please see pics.  The fabric is a muted khaki or sage green (hard to tell) and white stripe.  The smocking has pink and green and white, with pink flowers.  Button closure.  Sold as is.
