View Vintage Signed Napier Enamel & Rhinestone Runway Couture Statement Clip Earrings with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. Goldtone diamond shaped black enamel top with black enamel and hinged round small clear rhinestones drop bottom earrings with clip and adjustable screw backs. Marked "NAPIER©" on the backs and "NAPIER" on the clips. Measure: 1 3/4 inches long by 1/2 inches wide. Excellent condition. These are from Napier's Pavé line which was produced in 1987-88. The matching necklace and earrings were featured in an advertisement and are shown on pg. 619 of Melinda L. Lewis & Henry Swen's book "The Napier Co.: Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry." The matching necklace originally sold for $135 and the bracelet for $80, equivalent to $362 and $214 today. The matching necklace is also available for purchase.
