There are alot of bubbles and inclusions in this beauty, the shaft is tarnished and there is no trace of silver content. Slag glass or end of the day glass is what we believe this is; it appears to be done in a star burst framed by a rectangle. A wonderful piece that is full of inclusions, and what a fabulous color, this is a large hatpin measuring around eleven inches, the top itself is just a little under an inch across, it appears to be pressed or sandwich glass. There are alot of bubbles and inclusions in this beauty, the shaft is tarnished and there is no trace of silver content.
