She likely bought them in the 60/70's, though they could be even older.  Excellent condition, barely used.  Minimal ware, no chips, cracks or defects.  Some slight variation is the shades/tones of color as they are hand painted.  Chrysanthemum flower Huge set! RARE to find this many together!  Set of 8 Soup/Rice bowls and 9 Spoons  Bowls measure about 4 1/2 inch diameter ,  2 1/4 inch high Spoons measure about 5 5/16 inch long, 1/2 inch deep in spoon bowl, 1 3/4 in high at spoon handle back  Spoons has small "feet" on the back to allow them to stand upright on the table.  Blue & White Porcelain with multi colored hand painted floral design and gold rim trim/accents  Made in China, I believe the Jingdezhen region. The "rice grain" pattern features translucent areas, allowing light to shine through.  Suitable for serving rice, soup, or other dishes.    Condition: Used.
