Large Vintage Original Hand Carved Laughing Buddha  This is an extremely detailed large Buddha Statue with exquisite patina.  It has typical age cracks in the wood giving it more  character  and antique style. His teeth and laugh lines on his forehead and around his cheeks and eyes are exquisite with a gorgeous  opening in the wood trough the belly (probably from laughing too hard :-())   His hands rest upon his knees with his robe gathered in hand.  Ears are elongated. Please see all pictures- this was a display piece  and brought to my grandmother by her brother who traveled the world.
