The necklace has two nested strands composed of pink beads alternating with lengths of beads combining white and creamy translucent beads. The pink beads are frosted and are decorated along their sides with carved flowers accented with white enamel. The white plastic beads have a fluted or ridged flower shape and almost look like candy. The creamy beads have the look of faceted crystals. The necklace fastens with a tongue-in-groove clasp, which holds securely, beautifully decorative with a design of seven three-dimensional gold tone flowers on the top of the clasp. The necklace does not appear to be marked or signed. The necklace has a wearable length, measured at the shorter strand, of approximately 21 inches. The clasp shows discoloration on the back, as this is a piece that has been worn and enjoyed over the decades.
