Molds with two or more pieces will either be packed in two separate double boxes, or will be packed in small boxes inside a larger box depending on weight. Despite our best tries, we cannot control the package handlers and on rare occasions, molds do break. In that case, we will run through an insurance claim process and when the claim process is complete, you will receive a full refund for both the purchase and shipping cost.
