Has everything with original box including the tie downs and the extra bulbs. Does have one X from the hat coming loose and the skull was popped off when I originally found. Did not glue pack but popped back in the place it’s supposed to be. Has been holding fine. Lastly it is missing bottom battery cover but functions fine without it.
