This is a hand painted, antique, cobalt flow blue / circa 1900s item. See how the blue flow bleeds onto edges of rim when viewed from back of plate. This antique Japanese saucer has somewhat of a luster finish, with some geometric elements and a pretty floral design. Colors include Cobalt Blue, Green, Pink, Purple, and Gold Trim on white porcelain and saucer is scalloped.
