I have 100% positive feedback, offer quality items with accurate descriptions & DESCRIPTION:  ALL ORIGINAL - Vintage/Antique cast-iron bell, mounted by a horse & carriage style mounting system. Weighs about 5 lbs. total. Looks fairly old but is assembled with 2 phillips screws - so not as old as I originally thought. Maybe 1940ish? The mounting base has 2 screw-holes, is about 13" x 3" and pretty intricate with lots of detail. The mount for the bell is about 10" tall x 8" long x 1/4" thick. The horse and carriage (with driver) have great detail with most of the ORIGINAL paint intact - probably 90%. The bell is about 3" tall x 5" diameter, with the original 'ringer' still mounted to it's original hanger. It rings VERY LOUD & I'd guess could be heard quite far away, when rung. The chain (or whatever it was) that hung from the ringer is missing, but the mounting hole has no issues. Should be very easy to add a chain, rope, string, etc. CONDITION:  Overall, very nice solid condition, with no major issues. I planned to clean and paint this, until I realized most of the original paint was still intact. I did clean the surface rust from the mounting base & coat it with a rust-neutralizer. It cleaned up very nicely & is ready to paint. Surface rust is minimal on the horse/buggy section. The worst is toward the bottom of the wheels and horse's legs. The bell has surface rust on the inside & on the ringer. The outside has light surface rust, but will probably clean up fairly easy - if desired. It has a lot of detail embossed around the bottom edge & some raised highlights near the top, that look like they were probably painted gold.  That's it! A very nice piece that was built back when things were meant to last! Not the crap manufactured, these days - LOL.
