This early patent-applied-for version features the classic North Bros heavy-duty build, with three folding cast-iron legs and three screw clamps to secure the tree trunk. Original screws present and intact tripod legs. Sturdy, industrial Victorian form with original untouched patina. These early North Bros stands are scarcer than later mass-market models and are prized by antique holiday collectors. Good antique condition. Original patina, uncleaned.
