View Vintage Clown Coin Bank Hand Painted Italy Pottery READ with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. It almost looks like a crack but based on the paint being "pooled" darker there it has been on the item since manufacture. There is no plug. Item is pre-owned, vintage. There are signs of wear from age and use such as some chipping on one of the items feet (I have circled this in one of the photos). There is a line/manufacturing flaw around most of the item that can be seen in the photos. It almost looks like a crack but based on the paint being "pooled" darker there it has been on the item since manufacture. There is no plug.
