He has a kind face, too. Originally, this guy had a globe/snowball/fairy orb. His globe is missing. The very last picture shows what it SHOULD look like, but it is not included. It's basically a one inch plastic ball. Not hard to recreate.  He also has a holly berry on the tip of each shoe, but one is missing.
