(Hard to read from the picture). This necklace is in good preowned condition, lightweight and easy to wear. I would date this late '60s, early '70s. Wear is consistent with age.  The necklace includes textured  round  satin-finish beads with caps, smaller pearl like satin-finish round beads, textured "wedding cake style" soft barrel beads and clear bicone spacers.
