The pin and clasp function well and close securely. I have included a picture of a reference piece I found online and circled the stone that should be on this brooch but is not. This is a vintage starburst brooch with beautiful curvature and dangly aspects. I do believe this is Kramer of New York based on research that I did but the brooch is unstamped. There is no maker mark. The pin and clasp function well and close securely. There are a few stones that aren't quite as brilliant as some of the other ones or may have some slight discoloration. Overall the brooch is in good vintage condition aside from one missing marquis shaped stone.
