I've had this no more than ten years. It says "MOM" in the center of the heart. This is not Swarovski brand, but it is made with their crystals. I am unsure of the brand. Crystal Swarovski marked "STS" and something else I can't read, probably a makers mark. This is not vintage. I've had this no more than ten years. It does have a 16 digit code on the Swarovski tag but came with no warranty. I have checked with the company. They say it is not their brand and that their current codes at least are much shorter. It is filled with colorful crystals: green, red, yellow, lavender, clear. It says "MOM" in the center of the heart.  On the clasp, it is marked "316 L" "S. Steel" This is durable surgical steel and gentle on the skin. It has a 20 inch chain. The heart pendant measures 1 inch long by 1 inch wide. This is new in the box.
