The designer is Posh Impressions, licensed by Rubber Stampede out of Berkeley, CA 94701. The stamp features both Posh Impressions and Rubber Stampede logos, made in the USA in 1995. The stamp has its original zebra stripe sales tag, item number Z422F. It originally sold for $7.19. There are very faint markings. It appears a piece of tape was placed in the top right corner then removed. There’s also a light ink mark in the upper right corner of the front. The stamp itself appears unused, however, along the ridge of the rubber you can see a darker tone. I would classify this as like new, barely used. Please let me know if you have questions.
