The little angel has wings and is holding an accordion. This also comes with the original box. This ornament  is being sold by the original owner and has been stored in a safe, dry location since its purchase in 1979.  It was never used or displayed, and is in excellent vintage condition. The box clearly shows signs of age/storage, but is generally intact.
