It is likely a candle holder with distinctive heart shaped openings. The front features a cluster of dark blue flowers in a design of blues and greens. The rim is a dark blue. It was created by Bueno Pottery. The origin is most likely Lancaster County, PA. I should state that the centers of the flowers are raised and easily felt with the fingers. Measurements – 3 1/2 “ tall, 3 1/4 “ wide, 3 3/4”diameter at the rim. I only ship to the lower 48 United States. Condition: Used.
