What you’re looking at Type: Rosary with crucifix and center medal Beads: Faceted cream/milky glass (sometimes called “opaline” or “moonstone-style” glass, not actual stone) Chain: Likely base metal (silver-tone), not sterling Crucifix: Metal corpus mounted over a glow-style insert (more on that below) Marking: “ITALY” stamped on the back of the crucifix  Center medal: Front: “Jesus, Mary and Joseph – Pray for Us” Back: Chi-Rho symbol (early Christian symbol for Christ) The cool part  That cross isn’t just decorative— the insert appears to be early luminous material (often marketed as “glow-in-the-dark” rosaries).
