This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with black enamel coloring, made in the U.S.A., by Crumrine Silversmiths, back in the 1970s-80s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-7/8", it fits up to a 2" wide belt and it weighs about 4.6 oz.
