This is a silver tone metal buckle with an open work wire style design, made in Taiwan by Big R, back in 1997. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/8" x 2-1/4", it fits both a 1" and a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 2.3 oz.
