This is a beautiful, colorful oil on canvas painting in a large fancy gilt frame. An instant touch of class to any setting.  It is unsigned which is one of my pet peeves.  "You would think that an artist would like to have his work recognized for posterity.  There are a great number of artists that do sign their work, but then they made it unreadable.  Many  works of art go unrecognized because of either the lack of a signature or an unreadable one."  OK, rant over! This painting is 8" x 10" and with the frame is 18 3/4" x 20 3/4" and is quite heavy.  I titled this listing "Children  at the Beach" but there is no title on the painting.  It could also be a mother and child at the beach but just go by  the picture. I would call the style impressionism and would say that it probably was painted in the 70's based on the  age of the estate that it came from.  Because of size, I could probably ship this painting. It would be $45.00  The  frame for this item would cost around $300 to $400 at any frame shop.  I do not ship internationally. Condition: Used. Category: Art › Paintings.
