Framing the main stone on the north & south side of the ring are 3 graduated in size marquise white topaz stones. From the marquise stones, the stones continue in a round faceted shape. Gorgeous sterling silver gold vermeil multi stone Topaz ring.  The main stone is a round,raised & faceted white topaz that measures approximately 7.62mm-the equivalent of about 2.50 carats. Framing the main stone on the north & south side of the ring are 3 graduated in size marquise white topaz stones. From the marquise stones, the stones continue in a round faceted shape.  The round topaz stones are also graduated in size & there are 4 on each side of the ring.
