Vintage 1990s Fenton Cranberry Ruby Pink Hand Painted Enameled Signed Basket Floral Second Star This piece is marked with a star, which as used from 1996 to 1998 to indicate a "preferred second," pieces with a minor flaw discovered during production but  still considered good enough for sale, typically at the Fenton Gift Shop. There is scuff mark on one ruffle and some bubbles but no chips or cracks. The piece was hand decorated with raised textured paint and signed by the artist, Amy Brock.
