The style is K-5871-5 ( 5 holes). I ordered the sink but received the wrong color. This item is being sold as an open box item. The sink was not installed or used and the left rack made by Kohler is included with the sink.  No cracks, holes, stains, signs of damange etc. It's just not the color I want. Kohler makes several colors for this model, unfortunately, I do not know the name of the color for this sink.  I do however have a sample for their color called Dune and I'm including it in a picture for possible reference.  I ordered truffle but got the color I am selling in this listing.  This item will be shipped in the same Kohler box with the same shipping/packing I receiveed. The box reads truffle but I promise you it is not truffle color.
