This is a smaller, solid brass dress buckle with exotic wood inlay, made by Harmony Metal of Colorado back in the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 2" x 1-1/2" and it fits a 1-1/4" wide belt.
