This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with an ornate floral scroll design and one ribbon with the name "Naomi" lightly engraved across it, marked: German Silver, from the 1980s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-7/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3 oz.
