This is NRA Member Appreciation Buckle # 11026, a gold tone metal with raised image and lettering over a textured background, made by RJ Buckles. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos, it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 3.8 oz.
