This is a heavy, silver tone metal buckle with bright red and blue enamel coloring, made by Siskiyou Buckle Company in 1990. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 7.3 oz.
