The top is machine pieced in a dynamic design with a modern twist on the traditional Irish Chain design layout. While the interwoven lines look highly complex the structure is cleverly constructed using simple four-patch units of three different sizes.  100% long-staple Egyptian Mako cotton Aurifil Thread was used for piecing, and it has been professionally quilted by a long-arm quilter with an overall loops pattern,  Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 unbleached batting.  T he binding, which matched the boarder has been machine-stitched down, for years of durability. The backing is coordinating 100% cotton deep purple marble.  The quilt pattern is called: Chain, Chain, Chain by Sam Hunter from Hunter's Design Studio. This quilt uses Batik fabric,  Bright Colors:  Bright Yellow, Orange, Blue, Purple, Blue, Aqua, Bright Green, Magenta This comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
