I believe made by West Virginia Glass Specialty. (Found on Replacements.com) Each glass stands 8.5" tall with a 3-1/2" diameter at the rim.  This stemware is in EXCELLENT Condition with no chips or cracks and the platinum bands intact Have a good look at the pictures for the best condition details.
