I believe this is buckle #138, ( I can't actually see the number clearly through the packaging, so this is just my best guess at the actual number ). This is a western style solid brass buckle with detailed rodeo parade artwork, signed: Jack J. Wells, made by Award Design Medals. It is in new old stock condition, as shown in the photos it is still sealed in the original packaging. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 2-3/4", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.2 oz.
