This is a unique vintage glazed ceramic serving platter by Toyo out of Japan. There are not any records of Toyo's pattern names, but this features a hand painted iris pattern in a beautiful watercolor style. It's a rectangular, concave shape with slightly wavy edges  that are trimmed in blue, dating to around the 1970s-1980s.  It rests on a base rim which elevates the appeal.
